Canada Ontario Judge Rules Election Result For Etobicoke Center Null & Void Due To Con Elections Fraud Irregularties

Tis a glorious day indeed. An Ontario Judge has thrown out, gave the Judicial assent of the Etoboicoke riding in Ontario May 2, 2011 elections result, null, void, which leaves Stephen Harper and the Cons one seat less then when they started this week. Conservative MP Ted Opitz's 2011 election narrow questionable win is now null and void. Opitz's election win was challengef by Liberal Borys Wrzesnewskyj. The judge sited voting irregularities aka fraud in his/her decision. That is one down and so many more to go with over 200 ridings being effected. There will be a by-election in that riding of Etobicoke. Now other things could be that anything that Optiz had done is also null and void since the last election. If Etoboicoke votes in any other MP but Cons, anything that Optiz has done should be null and void.
What boils me is that the Governor General the very person that is in position to put an end to this election fraud by dissolving parliament and calling for a new election fails to act.
You would think that when elections Canada Commissioner gave that report that there were over 200 ridings effected that Canada's Governor General David Johnston would have acted and followed the Constitution. He has done nothing and it is about time we know why!
In the meantime though countless protests and petitions, Canadians are slowly chipping away at the fact that the May 2, 2011 election was stolen from us through illegal Elections fraud, Voter Suppression through robocalls.

Aris-Arnelle Durocher I absolutely love this duet with Haley Reinhart Casey Abrams. Haley shared in an April interview that she has music in the workings for the future and she also offered that she and Casey Abrams have did more duets together. I am looking forward to it all. In the meantime I continue to enjoy Haley and Casey's duet " Baby It's Cold Outside, which was a gift to their fans. Love the song. Even thought this was not in my generation, as I related before I can go as far back as the roaring twenties from different family members that always had music playing etc.. in my family. Enjoy folks. Congratulation Haley. You may also enjoy another version of this song which was written and composed by Frank Loesser who is hailed as the most versatile of all Broadway composers. AI- Idol Title Up For Grabs- Who Stays Who Goes- Difficult Decision
Aris-Arnelle Durocher So American Idol is coming to this seasons end and now the final three will find out who competes for idol title and who goes. At this point of the competition it doesn't matter because the F3 will all have a career if they pursue one sooner or later. In fact AI is the one show that normally over time once you get into the top spots that we see most of those competitors pursuing their dreams. Based on last nights performances all three were fighting for the F2 spot and I think it is only fair not to downgrade any performance, these kids beat out thousands of kids and made it this far, obviously they all belong there. Each of the remaining three idolteers have their strengths and weaknesses, so it is difficult to proclaim a clear cut winner at this point. It may become even more difficult next week for F2. I have loved Jessica Sanchez vocals and performances from the beginning of this season, the kid has the talent, the chops, she delivers, and no matter what she keeps you engaged when she sings and performs. Bill-C11–Stephen Harper Has His Own Con Cheering Squad Trained To Cheer For Him! Seriously

I wasn't aware that the people that run our country ( illegally) truly act like kindergarten students on a field trip when they are voting on what is considered important legislation. I mean the Cons were all giddy and misbehaved right in parliament because they were exerting their stolen power and authority. Yeah I guess that would make them feel like low level keeners who have no remorse for Elections Fraud and what they took from the people, just so they could be in power and pass bills that will defeated come the next government.
Last night I watched CPAC live voting on the copyright modernization act Bill C11 First let me say other then his title that that Stephen Harper hails himself with his Con party is trained like puppets and seals. Picture this Canada, he gets up to give his nod of nay vote and over and over again they ( the con party) cheer and applaud like fiends out of control. I know in post and comments people cheer and say yay, but to actually see grown adults in positions of authority doing this for every nay which were many last night, is annoying to any Canadian watching it . It is not like they were cheering for a statement made in debate, it was simple Yays and Nays. I kid you not Canada!
I mean one can't miss how every time he rose to simply vote on infringing the rights of Canadian people that his party thought that they should cheer him on and give him a round of applause and Yays, Yahoo, Whoo, Whoo, you the man sort of rousing cheers! I must say that Stevie doesn't have them trained as Zombies yet, but give him time he is working on it. GRIN
I thought I may have detected some observant mutiny and rebellion among the Conservative ranks last night, when I observed watching this fiasco in parliament Stevie getting up for his vote, hearing his cheering squad, then seeing him turn to some of the Con party and gesturing with hand movements for them to either stand and vote with him or cheer for him. Seriously. LMAO. It does provide for some mild amusement and entertainment on one hand and is downright annoying on the other hand. It reminded me of watching kids cheer for something loudly. At a certain point the speaker of the house asked for Nays and the MP' were so loud and boisterous they didn't hear him. Seriously. He had to repeat it for them. What breathtaking attention spans they all have! NOT
What was even more pathetic is that every time they cheered for him John Baird would look Stevie's way with a grin, I guess Johnny was looking for approval from his Crime minister. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww He could have least winked at John-boy and gave his morsel of approval. - Smirk!
Then just as I thought matters couldn't get worse, the Liberal party and NDP started this same cheering crap for their perspective leaders. Although I suspect that they were only doing it to annoy the Cons, because they weren't doing it for some time, they simply voted. So what do the Cons do, well they cheer even louderrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr for Stevie . Yes I am dead serious. At that point I was thinking WTH.
This Canada is the people that stole our election and feel they are in charge of our country. They are very childish and immature.
I thought I would share with my fellow Canadians the grade school level of one upping in Parliament when our politicians vote on important bills. It is obvious the Cons like being in charge, they could hardly contain their illegal fraudulent voting as fraudulent members in parliament.
On the plus side Rob Anders was in parliament voting last night and alas he managed to stay awake. How impressive! Grin

Justice For Little 8 Year Old Victoria Tori Stafford- Judge Gives Child Rapist and Murderer Life In Prison

Little defenseless Tori Stafford's abuser, child rapist and murderer Michael Rafferty was found guilty by a jury and given the maximum sentence today in court. A judge today called Rafferty a Monster that was Evil. I would have added in he is a child raping murderous pig, vermin, menace to anything good, atrocious, depraved, hideous, an abomination, repulsive to mankind and animals, vile, wretched, a violation of anything human etc... although pure evil is a good description in which the judge did relate to Rafferty during sentencing.
The judge said the following:
Most tragically of all you have snuffed out the life of a .... little girl ... And for what? So you could fulfill your twisted need to have sex with a child. You sir are a monster!
Its the first time in Canada in a long time that a sentence of justice was given to a heinous act against a child.
I hope he NEVER gets out, he doesn't deserve to ever have a free life. The Jury did a great job and the law finally worked in Canada.
This trial was not about whatever problems Tori's family may or may not have had, this was about a little child that was trusting that was abducted and then the unthinkable and unimaginable to a decent mind was bestowed on her and then her brutal savage murder.
She was eight years old and her life was taken from her in the must treacherous way and assault that defies human goodness and conscious.
I just hope that sentences like this keep up in Canada on behalf of children those that were murdered and those that struggle in life that survived. Rafferty got Life In Prison without the possibility of parole for 25 years. Actually through the legal realms of knowledge, normally when a Judge in Canada gives life, it means life and it means that the person is never getting out of prison.
A child should not have to die to get justice in this country! And the culture, race,skin color, language etc of the child should not matter in order to receive justice in Canada.
Kudos to the Judge Thomas Heeney for having the conviction to give a deserved sentence and justice to a defenseless child family and Canada. A judge that was not afraid to give a truly just sentence and give justice to a child and family.

Theo Fleury’s Playing With Fire Documentary- A Must To Watch Folks- The Courage Of A Champion

Last night I took in former NHL Great Theo Fleury's " Playing With Fire" documentary which really, really featured what a person goes through when they were sexually abused as a child. Mr Fleury should be commended this documentary was raw, it was real and it was the reality of how the molestation bestowed on him as a child produced a deep dark person that was struggling to recapture not just his life but his very soul. Theo Fleury didn't try to hide himself or who he was bringing us through those times. I think people really need to understand that when children are assaulted, raped, sodomized, molested, that not only are their lives destroyed, their very souls and any light in their souls are destroyed.
It is a struggle and great difficulty to recapture what they lost was was destroyed and stolen from kids. Child Sexual abuse is not a joke and should never be taken lightly. It also featured how the NHL and others even today are not ready to deal with the fact that millions of children are sexually assaulted and some of them are NHL players and former NHL players like Mr Fleury. While the NHL has things in place this documentary is a road map to help them help players that this has happened to, which is heinous criminal acts that defenseless children cannot deal with and when they grow into young adults they need help greatly. It takes alot of courage to do a documentary that Theo Fleury did, he didn't try to make it pretty, he didn't try to disguise it, it was the total package of what people go through when they are sexually violated by adults as children. Honestly documentaries of someone that has lived it is needed so people will understand exactly why children must be protected from insidious treacherous predators and pedophiles.
It is equally important that pedophiles need to not only be brought to trial, there should be no pleading down or negotiation , when sentenced they should be given life in prison without the possibility of parole and not faint hope.

Anonymous has risen against pedophiles and as promised they have started to hack into Pedophile websites and whats more released the names of 1589 pedophile participants on Lolita City Website who are there being pigs, trading child pornography and all other pedophile criminal activities and atrocities committed against children of all ages .
That will keep the good men and women in law enforcement busy, (I personally hope) saving children, pressing charges and rounding up the filthy pedophile pigs for trial and jail time.
Kudos Anonymous, I appreciate your great efforts for the sake of the children. All in a days work for Anonymous who are busy taking down pedophile sites, exposing child porno pedophile rings in effort to help and save children from these vicious adult assaults and attacks on children.

Peter MacKay Confirmed Lying About Libya Costs & Con Lying On F35 Jets

Yesterday Army Maj.-Gen. Vance confirmed that Canada's defense minister Peter MacKay lied to Canadians and lied to Parliament.
The General said that MacKay had the true numbers in terms of costs of the Canadian Forces mission in Libya. He said that MacKay knew that the costs was expected to be twice as much as the figure he gave to Canadians. It seems to me what Peter MacKay did was take the least likely cost and present it to Canada, when he knew that the costs would almost double.
According to a source on the CBC news last night, he more or less said the Generals will not put up with confirming untruths even on behalf of MacKay or any government. Other politicians said they knew the General, knew MacKay and compared the track records of both and advised they knew who they believed and that was of course the General.
Meanwhile in April 2012, the Auditor General Michael Ferguson had lambasted the F35 Jet and said that the Defense Department which Petey MacKay heads failed to properly inform the public. Petey is now caught lying again!!!! The Auditor General returned to committee today and responded to the Con Government who incidentally doesn't feel they are responsible to count the full costs! This may be news to you Mr MacKay try to stay with me on this novel idea Canadians are paying you to do the math! Yes you! Vic Toews & Cons Facing Opposition Over Gun Registry In Ontairo & Quebec

The province of Quebec in April of 2012 is already waiting for a decision in which they are seeking a legal injunction preventing the Federal Government of Canada, a government that stole Canada's May 2, 2011 electin from us. Quebec Government argues that the Provinces helped set up the gun registry and may I add the taxpayers money paid for the gun registry.
Quebec Justice Minister Jean-Marc Fournier advised that " the gun registry is a common registry,”“The abolition of the gun registry illustrates once again the lack of co-operation (from Ottawa). This is quite stunning since the registry was the result of co-operation. It is one thing to abolish the registry but it is another to destroy the data. They have chosen to do so in a law immediately after it is adopted. That leaves us no choice but to go before the courts and have our fundamental rights respected.”
In the meantime the Toronto Sun reported yesterday that the Chief Firearms Officer " Chris Wyatt" stated that while he and other law enforcement want to be on the same side enforcing laws that Vic Toews does not reserve the right to just issue orders through a letter and have him stop collecting info on gun owners in his province. Toews letter was forbidding them to help the provinces start or maintain the current gun registry. Which in my opinion is really stupid on Toews and the Cons part. What is exactly the issue other then their illegal dictatorship is being denied. It is Canadians that paid for that gun registry and it is Canadians that this gun registry effects. With some of the Provinces rightfully opposing the Federal Government it is the citizens once more that pay through the nose with our taxpaying dollars. Any citizens residing in provinces opposing the destruction of the data get to pay twice via their taxes.
Premiere Dalton McGuinty reportedly stated that Ontario won't create a provincial gun registry, but it does want stores to keep records of who buys guns, despite federal objections. McGuinty also stated that vendors in Ontario have kept records since the 1970's.

Canada- Vic Toews Online Surveillence BillC 30 Is Dying A Fatal Death & Update Response
The Globe and Mail has just reported that Vic Toews Bill C30 is quietly expiring into oblivion. and will die.
The Internet surveillance legislation sponsored by Public Safety Minister Vic Toews has disappeared down a dark legislative hole. For all intents and purposes, the bill is dead. BillC30 was a bill that Vic Toews never read when he tried to pass it through the first reading. Then just last week a Federal Court Judge ordered Toews to go back and read an application he rejected and said that his response and reason for the rejection was intelligible. Again it was the 15th time that Vic Toews was smacked down by a Federal Court Judge. All that coupled with Toews disturbing illicit behavior proved to Canadians that Vic Toews was not credible and could not be trusted in my opinion. Apparently Harper is expected to shuffle is cabinet around sooner or later. That said we need to keep a watch Canada, just in case the Cons are trying to sneak one in on us.
According to the Globe and Maill "If the Harper government still wants to pass a law that would make it easier for police to track people who use the web to commit crimes, it will have to start from scratch.

Added on this date: Occupy Canada has advised and posted the following as a response to BillC30 dying. Like I said in this article I would recommend we still watch over until it is official that this bill is indeed dead.

There are rumours circulating about the government's online spying bill C-30 as of late, but PR aside the government has NOT pulled the legislation, and they have failed to make any firm commitments to make substantive changes. As it stands Bill C-30 is still alive in Parliament, including sections that allow a range of 'authorities" to access the personal information of any Canadian, at any time, without a warrant.
By speaking through anonymous sources in The Globe and Mail, the government has shown that they are still trying to use PR tactics to avoid honouring our request to formally commit to removing the problematic aspects of this bill—it's warrantless, costly, and will be a detriment to our privacy.
Their frantic PR moves are a good sign that we have their attention, but we should remain focused on our clear an simple request for a public commitment. To have our respect and trust, they must speak to us directly as Canadians not through "sources" in the papers. Canadians deserve better, and we look forward to hearing from the government.
